I have toyed with the idea of writing a blog for a long time, but never actually built up the courage to go ahead and do it. I think my hesitation was fuelled by self doubt and fear of judgement. To be honest – I didn’t think I knew enough. I kept telling myself it’s not the right time, once I know more, have achieved more (more being 6 pack abs), then I will start.
I’ve realised now that caring what others think is stupid and the reasons not to do this were just bullshit excuses.
Through this blog, I will provide my readers and followers with my honest opinions, health advice and suggestions of habits they can try to implement to help them achieve better health. I won’t be suggesting anything I wouldn’t do myself.
